the face behind the name
Laura, founder of the Spencer Group, graduated from college in 1999 with a degree in Human Development and has been a consistent top producer since getting her real estate license in 2005. She has a passion for making homes beautiful; helping her sellers gain more profit every time. She also specializes in handling distressed properties from her extensive short sale experience having closed well over 100 such transactions. Laura is personable and sensitive to her client’s needs but also tenacious and has a, “never say die, fight for what’s right” attitude that helps her succeed in closing time and time again. When Laura isn’t working she spends quality time with her boys, going to their many sports activities, playing soccer herself, or entertaining friends at her home.

After playing soccer for and graduating from Bemidji State University; a small school in Minnesota, Alex got her start in the real estate world while working as an assistant to a team in North Orange County. She caught the bug and was licensed in 2015 finding success in her own real estate career. Alex takes pride in being a wife and a mom and enjoys all the time she gets to spend with family, immediate and extended alike. In the little free time she has she enjoys watching all the sports (with Laura), entertaining and cooking for friends.

Jonthan graduated from Loyola Marymount in 2002 with a degree in psychology. He went on to become a restaurant owner, a novelist and a screenwriter. In 2022, ready for a new challenge, and armed with a passion for Southern California architecture and design, Jonathan became a real estate agent. His career goal is simple: Guide people so that they will find that perfect home that best fits their needs and wants. That's it.
When he's not working, Jonathan is usually watching the Lakers, watching a nerdy documentary, or visiting with friends.

With a college education in Communications and extensive experience in management and the event planning industry, Kaylee decided to translate her skills into real estate and obtained her license in January 2022. Kaylee is enthusiastic about developing her real estate career with the guidance and coaching of her mentor, Laura Spencer. She promises to bring compassion, diligence, and connection to all of her transactions while making the process as comfortable as possible for her clients.
